Ardra M. O’Neal is a founding partner of O’Neal & Sapperstein and has devoted more than 27 years to the practice of labor and employment law. She represents employers and employees in complex workplace disputes, litigation, investigations, and high-stakes employment matters, providing strategic counsel and strong advocacy tailored to each client.
Ethan S. Sapperstein is an experienced employment law attorney with more than 15 years of experience representing employers and employees in a wide range of workplace matters. He advises and advocates for clients in employment disputes, litigation, contract negotiations, and compliance-related issues, offering practical and strategic guidance across diverse industries.
Jarmar Saunders serves as Chief Executive Officer of O’Neal & Sapperstein and is responsible for the firm’s operations, strategic development, marketing, and financial management.
With more than 26 years of experience in business development and management, Mr. Saunders brings an operational perspective that supports the firm’s long-term growth and client service priorities. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management.
Marsha Nearon Batista serves as the firm’s paralegal and intake specialist, supporting attorneys in case preparation, hearings, trials, and corporate matters. She is the first point of contact for clients and ensures matters are handled efficiently and professionally.
Ms. Batista holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a paralegal certificate and provides substantive and procedural legal support across the firm’s practice areas.
